Dear Pope Francis
Bringing A House Into Order
We write to you today regarding the dilemma of Abraham; and, its modern era ramifications in the lives of Marjorie Daniels and Hereditary Chief Ernest Crocker in the land of Turtle Island North named Canada; being citizens of the non-ceded sovereign nation Stz'uminus.

It appears that this matter of profecto nos crede / in truth we trust labours mightily to find comfort through the grace of Jesus in the House of Daniels and Crocker; and, this nation Crown Canada has lost sight of its absolute duty of care as trustee in the lives of these two Original indigenous Peoples - good people; who only seek to find justice regarding the willful and unjust enrichment of others at the ultimate expense and impoverishment of Marjorie and Ernest.
Elizabeth II, as monarch has disavowed responsibility in letter form; and, has commended Original indigenous Peoples within her domain to seek redress and protection through her Canadian government.

Sadly, the specific petitions for the Canadian government to cooperate with the Daniels / Crocker criminal complaints as registered with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) - the information bearing witness to allegations of theft of circa $2-Million dollars; and, the onus being placed by Elizabeth II upon Canada to protect her from criminal breach of her 1953 coronation oath - are being neglected through a contravention of obligations to the UN Charter at Chapter VII; namely
  1. In 2005, Elizabeth II directed by letter form for Canada to ensure that the strictures of the coronation oath shall be complied with through provisions of competent legal counsel of choice by her permanent wards (the Original indigenous Peoples / OIP)
  2. In this matter of Marjorie Daniels and HRC Ernest Crocker, the specific petition upon Crown Canada to provide this said legal counsel to these RCMP complainants has documented that Canada is in possession of corroborating facts and documents that substantiate the information of these two criminal complaints.
  3. Canada has refused to acknowledge its duty of care; subjecting Daniels and Crocker to a continued, impoverished life in their mold infested home; which, today, is further imperiled by rain soaking through their roof and walls - rendering their home inhabitable ... Marjorie's physician has diagnosed her as being significantly disabled; and, recommended that she shall be provided with a disability income - which, thus far, has been denied
  4. Marjorie is entitled to the legacy revenues from her father's estate. Such has been verified by Canada. Yet, since her father's death, only one payment was received. And, now the outstanding claim is circa $2-Million - not including the claimed $23,000 fraud regarding home repairs that were funded by Canada; but, never applied to the Daniel's home
  5. Canada's Auditor General does not possess jurisdiction to enforce disclosure or accountability upon Canada with regard to these matters, as above
  6. The Canada Criminal Code details at s. 122 that these issues appear to be encompassed as a breach of trust by a public officer or official
  7. And, we have commenced solicitation of UN Security Council (including, the Netherlands due to their 400 years of trade relations with OIP; and, their gratitude to Canada for the WWII forces contributions) support in moving these matters of credential challenge to the ICJ for deliberation
  8. Additionally, the Daniels / Crocker complaints regarding custom law paramount jurisdiction on issues of Crown Canada trespass have been submitted to the OIPC Registrar
  9. While Elizabeth II is head of Church of England (and, embraces the Supremacy Acts as under her authorities); it remains the legacies of your / Pope Francis' Holy See's Papal Bulls as related to non-christian Peoples and the duty upon European monarch's to ensure the presence of the Catholic Church as new territories are embraced through exploration and claim (ie., in particular Inter Caetera & Romantus Pontifex); specifically, Crown Canada continues to erroneously claim governing paramountcy in territories of Turtle Island North of the 49th parallel; and, consequently, continuing to develop a progressive program of Original indigenous Peoples' genocide - and, of which Marjorie Daniels and HRC Ernest Crocker are evident victims, supra ... The Truth and Reconciliation Commission will be completing its report in 2015; and, currently there is a largess of documents arising from the UN's Permanent Aboriginal People's Rapporteur, Lawyer's Right Watch (2009 at IACHR re HTG) and Amnesty International (2009 / 2014).
  10. Canada's 1996 Royal Commission on Aboriginal Peoples began to assemble to trail of OIP complaints claims against the British Crown and government that have arisen, in particular, since 1795; including, the 1923 Haudenosaunee Petition to the League of Nations. The credentials 2013 / 2014 challenge remains a vibrant odyssey in search of the provisions of natural justice through OIP custom laws and the Universal Fundamental Human Rights declaration
  11. Marjorie Daniels and HRC Ernest Crocker are clearly entitled to provisions of international law regarding state-funded competent legal counsel of choice to assist them in completing the full criminal complaint brief to be incorporated into the preliminary disclosures currently within the RCMP criminal complaints files 2014 3041 & 3042
Today, Pope Francis, you have reminded your Holy See of duties in faith and truth. And, now, we petition you to commend your christian Anglican friends (Elizabeth II and Crown Canada) to honour their Lord by recognizing and complying, forthwith, to their statutory and historical duties in law (as Elizabeth undertook in 1953 ... to respect all customs and traditions of all the Peoples of her dominion, in justice and mercy, so help her God ...). And, this petition is submitted respectfully to your / Francis Holy See Catholic Church in memory of the 50,000 OIP children who perished in Indian Residential Schools; and, the 2 Million+, who remain scarred through these unjust legacies ... as witnessed by the continued class claims of more than 60,000 victims ... ad infinitum ... bring forth the state-funded, competent legal counsel of choice so that these criminal allegation files may be completed in a substantive manner through factum ... Elizabeth deemed it so in 2005 ... Marjorie and Ernest are entitled to these provisions as permanent wards of the state in 2014.
